Hello. I’ve been told that I haven’t been posting regularly, so I am back.
Happy to see you.
We’ve been getting ready for Christmas here in Cullen, UK, as I’m sure you are wherever you are.
We have been very busy at the Methodist Church that we attend. It was decided that we would have a Festival of Trees open to the public as part of our celebration. Each group, or individual or family was to volunteer to decorate a tree according to the theme for that tree based on a Christmas Carol. Before I could stop her, Anne had volunteered to do the “Heart” Tree with the carol “Love Came Down at Christmas.”
Now that sounds like a good idea, But, have you ever tried to find heart decorations at Christmas? There are Angels, Bells, Stars, Wreaths, Crowns, Doves, even Sheep and Camels….. But no Hearts. So, I say, we can make all the decorations.
I think the tree turned out pretty well, don’t’ you?
Here is the whole church with all the trees and the people enjoying our Christmas Dinner. It was very popular. We had a lot of visitors.
Well, have a wonderful Christmas or Hanukkah or what ever holiday you celebrate. We are looking forward to spending the day with friends.
See you back the next time.
